This is our annual shed give away. Yes it’s that time of year again! Our 8th annual shed giveaway. This 8x12 Vinyl sided shed would make a wonderful addition to your yard and storage needs! Value of this shed is $3,900.00
-Double barn doors (offset)60x72 w/locking t- handle.
- Single 18x24 window with built in screen (window operates just as one in your home)
-Faux stone face with vinyl siding to finish off the rest of the exterior covering of the shed 
-Pressure treated skids
-Architectural shingles (black in color)

The shed is the giveaway product. Delivery cost (based on physical location) will be the responsibility of the winner to pay for.
 

Recommended foundation is a stone base and shall be completed prior to acceptance of this product either by the winner or our company (for an additional charge)

We take no responsibility if the winner chooses to just set this product on regular grade (doing so can cause future damage to the product) Product is a giveaway product (building only)

INFORMATION ON ENTRY:

Entry is 100% free to residents of NJ only. AGAIN NJ RESIDENTS ONLY! All other entries will be voided and if the winner is outside the state of NJ the next in-line on the random drawing will receive notice of their winnings.

-Entry date : Dec 28th 2024 12:00pm- Jan 30th 2025 5:00pm Drawing will be held Jan 31st 2025 via automated message to winner and notification via all accounts/social media / websites and phone a personal call (to provided phone number in this entry form.)

- Once informed you have up-to 15 days to take acceptance and have area prepared properly to take acceptance. The winner and company will work out full details. 

-Single entry only per house hold. Additional entries can be purchased for a better chance at winning but is not required to enter this giveaway. Up-to 10 additional entries can be made for $1.00 per entry. Additional entries will help further your chance in winning but is not guaranteed. Additional entry information is provided below.
 

-The winner of this giveaway is receiving the Shed only and no additional services for "free." The winner will be responsible for delivery cost (which varies on location) Access to property to drop off and set in-to location should be clear and free of debris, fence, trees, shrubs, or alike. Per state rules and codes you have to be a minimum of 3 foot off any property lines, 3 foot away from any fence or permanent structure.

NO BUILDING PERMIT IS NEEDED FOR A STRUCTURE SMALLER THAN 200sqft 
 

If at time of drop off we have to remove anything mentioned above we will charge the winner for our services. 

-It is recommended to have a stone base foundation installed prior to taking acceptance of this shed. We hold no responsibility of the shed or any future damages it may receive due to improper preparation of site for the shed to sit. This shed comes will all that is listed above and no further accommodations, accessories, warranties, or alike are part of this give away.

-If said winner wants to pick product up on their own,we will allow this if proper equipment is brought to our location to transport this shed. If you choose to pick up and show up with improper means of transport you will than have two options. Allow us to deliver for you at the cost of delivery fee or relinquish your winnings to the next in line. We will not allow this shed to leave our lot on anything other than proper means of transportation , as it can become a liability to our company if any accident's or mishaps occur/happen.
